Hi all,

PSH are kindly putting on a Bar Tab at Currumbin Rocks Resort on the Saturday night for the Roar Industries Sup Expo.
There will be an option of a sit down 2 course Meal $35.00 Per Person or you can dine a'la carte from the menu.

I do however need numbers by 18th May to reserve tables for everyone, also what option you would perfer, either $35.00 menu or a'la carte.

There will be big screen TV with Stand Up & Surf Movies playing and all the new PSH gear on show.

Location is in the Rocks Resorts directly oppsite the Currumbin Alley Comp site.

Salmon Gravalax with orange watercress salad

Salt & pepper tempura squid





THE MAIN
Garlic stuffed chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto on sweet potato
mash & snow peas

Macadamia & parmesan crusted snapper with fresh garden salad

Rib Eye with a Mushroom or Pepper sauce serve with chips and salad
