Dont panic guys, probably a BOP race. There is a can in the bottom right corner of the pic. Carnage like this is not unusual in these events when people are racing and they usually have a beach run involved so leg ropes are not normally used.
I'm not that computer literate I would'nt know the diference,but I've seen some big shore dump pic's from places in Hawaii that would make a grown man wimper.
