Medina had the best wave overall for difficulty, but slater did the most, especially with that snap in the critical section of the wave

All 3 were mental but really...... no comparison to Kelly's. How's the fin waft on "that turn"?

Agreed, love the speed he was carrying and that turn was awesome. Way better than the others.

Kelly hands down! Man just fantastic backhand surfing in some decent size,hot dogging in 8ft + saltwater stiffy

Those were for insane waves.

Kelly smoked it for variety of repertoire and control.

Medina's barrel was as deep as it will ever get and it's unreal how fast he's threading that barrel.

Being my local break i'm a bit biased, but I was in the judges tower and it was a 10 point ride before he even finished the wave.
Insane take off, super deep and he had to deal with the foam ball and the backwash before he came out. SICK.

Yadin Nichol's bomb.
That was "THE" bomb. Sick how critical the take off was and how hard he was spat out of the barrel.

Though I would rather watch and surf waves like Yades's and Michel's all day long, Kelly's wave was indeed perfectly surfed. AMAZING!!!
