Just thought i would share some pictures i took at the recent Outrigger Regatta held in Newcastle.
OC is great cross training for SUP and i recommend it to anyone looking to improve their technique, fitness and overall water knowledge. The sport is full of many great watermen and women who are more than happy to teach you what they know. So check out your local outrigger club and see what they have to offer you.
