Summer usually sucks here on Maui so after mapping different spots during this recent swell we found a break that's pretty good considering Maui get's shadowed on alot of swells. Normally he would have used his 7'5 kids ripper but it had a couple dings so the 7'9 hull was the call. The summer waves are really weak on Maui and either board would have worked for summer small waves.
