Is that turbulence a bad thing? Just wondering.
I tend to equate turbulence with drag. If water is moving smoothly along the bottom of the board, and releasing cleanly off the tail, creating less turbulence, I would think that would indicate less drag. Either that or you're moving reeeally slow, in which case there would be virtually no turbulence off the tail;-)
