I'd still be there now. The Nicklin Way is still closed and back streets flooded.

My house is at the higher end of the street but the other end had cars under up to there steering wheel.
One guy paddled past the bottom of the street on a SUP and the neighbour I was helping took a photo. Will post when she sends it to me.

At Parreara Channel Weir they recorded 335mm of rain this arvo.

For those of you who know Alexandra Headland Sunshine Coast,

ask yourself how could this happen. 20m from the ocean and 3m higher then the ocean
