I am building a jet RC Paddleboard and i require a board for the project it can be a old sup or even a windsurf board.

i will post some progress pictures during the build

This is what i am working with, electric water cooled motor equivalent to a 10hp outboard and a RC jet Unit.

That's pretty cool can you give some more info on the jet unit. Dale Chapman (DC boards) will be your man he is about to head to WA for the Doctor race , he has quiet a few boards in the graveyard that might suit give him a call 0416160335

Jet unit is out of a very large RC boat, they are from Germany.. Pretty dam pricey but nothing else is big enough.

Jet unit is from a large RC boat they have been used to push plastic kayak's and it actually plans with a person on!, i might gice DC boards a call. I would love to put it in a sup rather than a windsurfer..

Or come down to the finish of the SSS race tomorrow night at City Beach SLSC and make an offer as the paddlers come out of the shore break with theirs bits of boards.

I have a hollow moulded f16 needs repair in the nose plenty of room to mount jet under dek

I have a 10'9" X 34 custom board that just died (the fin boxes and bottom didn't like being ridden on rocks). I am in Sydney so that might be a problem.
