Never really enjoyed down wind paddles , but today converted me. I usually spend more time in the drink than on the board so I took my psh 12,6 instead of my 14 fanatic and only fell off twice , had some awesome long runs , it really makes a difference on a stable platform.I went from Kirra to Currumbin in a flash and caught a bommie way outside the rock into Laceys at the end.Ive caught the bug

Do you think the 12 is a better bet then the 14 as far as dw goes?
