Guys tried to post a new SUP video (Coldwater) and got an error message etc so exited out.
Came back on about an hour later and the damn thing seems to have 'posted' itself multiple times and also wont open.
How do you delete etc.

just hit the "back" arrow in your menu bar... you'll go to the previous page as if nothing happened.
Nice if we could do that in life
