The Funniest thing about the photo is the hand positioning and the paddle.
How could his front hand be down the shaft??
Think about hands when you are on your forehand. His right hand is at the front as per his body position on his forehand. To hold the paddle this way the paddle would be facing forwards, not back as per the photo.
I reckon it's a mock up made to create discussion on web forums like this one......
