will keep an eye out for those boards. More importantly though what kind of idiot steals 2 ugly blue soft tops. No disrespect meant to the victim but really has the standard of criminality dropped to such a low level over here in the west that some one capable of standing upright and breathing simultaneously would view these as worthwhile booty. Once the perp is captured, and im sure they will be because there's no way those boards could go un-noticed and lets face it perth is not that big, i suggest that a full mental capacity check be undertaken. Seriously people stealing is bad enough, but for godsakes have some standards.

It may be getting to the point where people realise they are an item of value but not educated enough to know what is worth stealing and being able to easily on sell. If it was anyone with half an idea they would realise that these boards are going to be virtually impossible to flog off without raising alarm bells.
