i'm ahead still here are pushing my board of a sandbank. got to the beach and started that very painful run. jacko's morning training crew ran me down like a dog. yep, started training with them and started doing some running- it's been a very long time cheers
Yeah that run was a killer , thats the first time i had run for a long time and my legs are letting me know.I was suprised to see you come in where you did , i thought you where coming in second or third in the paddle.Bloody young blokes!
