Oi how ya garn. lately I been getting some sick sessions in the morning on a secret rip bowl bank beachie. Only bout 2 feet but like a little reef break allways in the same spot long down the line rides. I been putting in approx 3 hr sessions in the morning to make the most of it riding a 8'0" paddling all the time catching tons of waves. Iam stuffed physically afterwards. Where have you seen a improvement in your fitness thanks to sup?
