The first race in the Glenelg Battle of the Paddle Twilight Series is on tomorrow night, fri 25th March, 6.00pm registration for 6.30 start.
The Glenelg SLSC will be hosting the State SLSC beach events at the same time so our race start will be in front of the Oaks Plaza Pier Hotel, at the end of Anzac Hwy. Offload boards at the end of Anzac Hwy, not the surf club, then proceed to park.
Weather is now abating & looks favorable for good race conditions tomorrow night, everybody welcome.

Cold, Grey and a beach full of seaweed.
After some quick agreeing to disagree, we hit the water.
hell it was a hard slog on the way out, but I've never been so pumped to be on a race board.
laughs, head on chop and sweet runners to finish.
Thanks to the fuzz, liz and the regular crew for making it happen.
I'm starting my training tomorrow, for next weeks race.
Was a blast.
