www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=68727 Fitness PaddlesThere is a group of people interested in fitness with SUP and for this reason we are keen for the club to be a meeting spot where by people can arrange to paddle together during the week. As the coast is a large area there are people in the south, middle and north. I know one group is starting with fitness at 5:30am on Tuesday and Thursday at Kawana Boat Ramp, another group is keen to start at the Maroochydore River and I guess there would be a number keen in Caloundra. This will all be discussed at the first club day.
Sunday Arvo PaddleFor a number of weeks now we have had a small group doing a Sunday Arvo distance paddle. Sometimes short 3km and sometimes much longer depending on the wind. If you are interested please check the forum on Seabreeze on Saturday arvo or Sunday lunch to find out where from to where to.
Cheers
Swanie
