nice Casso, what editing suite do you use?
Super slow mo bits in Adobe After Effects but general composition in Adobe Premiere.
Excellent video to show the constant back foot change in positioning an the flexion of the legs for threading seamlessly these bottom/roller combos!
Foils look fun.... but that looks funner!
Does foiling make you push your surfing a bit more?
What camera is Madison filming with?.... super clear and great slo-mo.

I don't know for Casso, but I haven't foiled for 3 weeks (perfect glassy waves, no much crowds, I am thus SUPing), and I definitely feel that my surfing has been improved by foiling, specifically then using longSUPs, I have much more glide now to carry me over fat sections, I even perform the "foil pumping" motion to keep the glide: a subtle pumping with a gentle and progressive push forwards, only at 45 degrees with the board rather than directly forwards, (the pumping is oriented perpendicular to the wave: towards the beach).
Thanks to the foil, I am now much more aware of the board planing or not, which can be a subtle transition with longboard SUPs.
Love that video, it just shows just how fun SUP Surfing really is.
Always look forward to APS videos..
Brilliant, thanks.
Ah yeah the flow..
doubt if I could ride such a small beast ,but loving my new 8'7 .

I've been craving hitting the lip and grinding out a bit of a bottom turn lately while foiling - so yeah maybe, foiling might push your surfing a bit more.
Madi just uses an old Canon 550D and a cheap Sigma 500mm lens.

Ha ha. If you're not falling, you're not pushIng it hard enough. ![]()

And after some foiling time, it is so good to not be afraid to fall :-)
