Hey Les, firstly congratulations on loosing the weight. I found that you can exercise all you like and then only loose weight up to a point. It's when you change your diet things start to really happen.
But secondly, what is it that you eat that is "flour"? Do you mean you ate a **** load of bread?

What I regard as flour/ate before heaps...
Wraps, bread, biscuits, ****loads of biscuits really, pizza dough, cookies, cake, family size custard tarts in one sitting, vanilla slices, pies, sausage rolls, etc etc
Basically any processed foods.
Now I'm eating eggs/avo for breakfast most days. If I don't have time I'll grab as many colours of veggies and fruit out of the fridge and eat that one the way to work. Green beans, carrot, eat the avacardo like an apple, nuts, couple of banannas, etc lunch is tuna, well was tune till someone on here reminded me it was no good for you, and avo, dinner is meat, bout 3/4 potatoes, carrot, pumpkin broccoli etc etc. Then like I said I'll do this for about 3/4 days then throw in a bad meal where I don't have time to eat well but try and mitigate the damage by maybe eating avo on a wrap or something like that.
