This photo was taken in the middle of the Indian Ocean on a recent boat trip - while not being a classic surfing shot it seems to develop the more you look at it.

It was a fantastic seshion where it was onshore when we paddled out and then turn off shore to become all time.

Of course as it happens sometimes the best waves, we only have the photos in our memories but still this one photo takes me back to a special time and place.

Love that second shot with the bird in it , and the monster waves in the backgroundThat would have been an awesome experience
