Anyone have pictures of their custom gopro mounts?and how do they attach to the board.I did search it but got not much.Would like a kick off point to have a go at making one.I posted this topic yesterday but put it in the wrong section.

Thanks DJ that is exactly the starting point I needed.I was over thinking this.I guess the extra windage is more help than hindrance when downwinding, but would be noticeable paddling into the wind.I think you have a chance in the plumbing industry awards this year,in the other uses category.Cheers

Mine...

The one on the ski was attached in a hurry on the beach so a bit rough...but it worked. +1 on the duct tape

Cheers

Thanks for those pics as well.Looks like the common denominator is lots of duct tape. What brand of camera are you using? .Good thing about this forum is people are prepared to help out.. ....Cheers

Contour hd. Think it's one of the first ones...had it for about 3 years. Think newer ones don't need the extra casing to make them waterproof. I have it set on 780 do it doesn't use as much memory. Original video is plenty clear enough...seems though once I upload to YouTube quality drops a bit
