Do boards have a good warrenty against lava these days ? and what paddle would you reccommend, alloy, carbon, or home made mast ?

Yer it also says in the mag his legs started to peel a couple of days later.

200 deg C is not possible at sea level. The only way it could reach more than 100 deg C and still be liquid is if it was under pressure.
