Can see it on your profile. Def fixable but it's a pro repair unless u have a lot of experience. That rail is bad bad.
look for a windsurf board manufacturer like Moo Custom or ECB over there as they will do sandwich construction properly and many surf dudes will just bog n glass that IMHO
On second thought though - it's old and IF it was in ok serviceable condition like watertight (but well used annd ugly) it's probs only worth 150 pounds anyway. I've got better things here for sale at say 200 pounds. Nobody buying SUP anymore. So only if you lovvvve that shape and just have to have one.
