Flying Objects is the way to go. Have been to Indo three times now with my bag and it is the best that I have ever had.

Have a look at the Sunova Board bags on their website, I've got a couple and the quality is great for the price and they are bomb proof, good looking colours and designs too, IMO

Can always have a custom made by Surfaids Byron Bay, as little / or as much padding as you need, choice of colours, straps, zips, velcro etc

Thanks Guys,
I think I will go with flying objects, I can get spare paddles and all my gear in the one bag.

FO roller bag looks great but heavy?
Take 8'10 bag =7.2kg + 2 SUPs and you're getting close to 23kg cut off

Any other good double board bags? Light and with decent padding?

I couldn't find any other covers with wheels, I am taking only 1 board so I should be ok with weight.
