What a day out the bay today some nice clean waves great atmosphere even Dogman was out ripping... EPIC!!!

Fantastic time. excellent waves. Got the naish nalu going on some epic long rides. Most fun Ive had surfing in ages. Thanks to Todd & all the crazy crew.

Thanks Greg. I'll let you know next time I plan to head over. Paddled with Doggie on a downwinder yesterday so would have been good to catch some waves with him today. I can imagine the banter that was happening out there today. The man like s to have fun!

Haha it was a pretty great vibe already then Todd & Dogman got out it just went to a whole nother level. Loved it.

Yeah it was not that big on the northern beaches today I would have thought it would needed more swell that ?? Is it only a fat longboard wave?? Or dose it get over waste high?? Sounds fun regardless ...
Yeah Dogman snuck out early from mine left me with a pie hang over empty beers and a sore back from heaps of paddling rock on mate

Dan it was about waste high, very rarely would it get over that.

Some call it 1' others 3', some have longer legs and higher wastes.......

There were shortboarders out there for a while, and dude on a mal, and a dude on a goatboat, that kept standing up in the wave............and a guy in a kayak, that kept filling with water, and had to be rescued, there was carnage.........but there was lots of

Dan, we might have to make the trip over. I heard that Greg Hearn is good for a BBQ after a session. He's had it 2 weeks in a row now.

He had his GoPro back pack contraption with him so we'll have to wait for a downwind doggie edit.

You guys were flying out the back. We possibly could have taken a wider line but there were still a few runs. The bombie at Mona Vale was the interesting bit. I thought we were going to see Dogman go over the falls backwards at one stage. He had his special little GoPro back pack with him so it would have made for interesting footage.
Unfortunately he scrambled to safety.
