Check this out.

Here's my pic showing my Balin half straight half coiled leggie they they devoped for me and now sell.

and now check this out.. www.alibaba.com/product-detail/L_56_Coiled_Leash_429121049.html

They blanked out the Balin name and put Surge in.. .. Pretty funny.

BTW.. They only cost $5-$10 each.. but you need to order 500..

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Except for Chinese knock-offs.

My girlfriend use's my coiled Balin leggy in tiny waves (and i mean tiny) and it aint very coiled anymore,so a cheap version might be the go and probably just as good.

Towny now for the first time ever I'm gonna agree with you on this one.

Anyone seen a boogie board leash which could well be the real first coil leash, they don't last long under load

So who is really the ripoff

Great have they been tested under serious load
I cant see them working long term used in a surfing
environment, but can see the benefits on DW'ers.

Back to who ripped off who

DJ,
I agree with MAC & Dogman. I can help straighten out those coils for you on some heavy Bells hold downs...

When I make it to the surface, I look like this
If there's another wave behind it...
No wave behind it, and it's a combo of

Yeah I agree.. Lots of falls or big surf I use a straight leggie.. But for everything else (about 90% of my sup'ing) they work great..

The Chinese are so blatant , on the Alibaba site you will see rip offs galore , check this out on the Barks they don't even change the name. You have to be very careful as alot of these site don't exist , the payment by Western Union only is the big red flag.

Nice price DJ, can I come around and pick it up from you or does it have to be sent via Seattle?
