Do you use and what type brand etc

I see here they range from $25 to $400

Is there realy a difference? the more expensive one is a blow up half ball called BOSU

theres lots of ways to improve, I introduced to the north shore boys as well as the local lads at Maroubra beach the only way of improving their riding.

the first way was feeling at one with the wave, so i blindfold the rider and shout directions sure its a bit sketchy at first, but they learn fkn quick

second is sliding down a slippery slide whilst holding you paddle above their heads as there is dish washing washin liq all over the thing

third is to humiliate the boys till peer group pressure makes you take a step forward or you give up the sport and let only the shop owners who pat their own back more than their dog dominate

the hardest part is fixing the balance ball to your board, but good ruck

I have a bosu at home that I use for general hip strengthening (and thought of getting an indo board) but really the best way to build up balance for SUP'ing is to go SUP'ing. In reality you can't recreate manouvering through choppy surf on something other than a SUP.

scateboard deck,and two litre bottle.
that bottle didnt last long ,hour or two at most so i have just gone to the trouble to fit a car tyre air valve into the lid and inflate bottle 40 psi [filled water first] and wrapped a fiew layers of grey tape around bottle,i think this will last quite a while.
