It's a good dvd and worth getting.

It's still pretty basic tho and very much a 'How to' vid.

I bought both videos recently. As inspirational videos they are pretty good. Lots of SUP action to watch and stuff.
As How To videos they are way too basic with not enough analysis. THe first video dwells on picking up the board and getting to your feet and doesn't talk much about paddle stroke and going straght and stuff.
The second DVD is more a bunch of expert riders saying stuff than educators deconstructing problems and demonstrating solutions in fine detail.
The videos are broken into segments but there's no menu for the segments. You just have to use the skip to end function on the remote to find things.
The extras on the first DVD are competitions. Great action but some very suss paddle twirling action in the comps. I have to admit to the odd twirl and a bit of paddle air-guitar but we will be branded irretrievably and inexcusably gay if the Jedi Paddle Spin becomes a standard trick (no offence to our friends on the other bus).
The second DVD has a general Making Of video and a bunch of trailers for other DVDs.
In my experience the Brits do the best training DVDs. I'm not sure it's all that necessary for SUP. Usually by the time you realise you have a technique problem you are well on the way to solving it.
