What was it like over your side?
Swell slowly built over this side, and was a respectable day of waves. Smallish early, but clean overhead sets before the SW blew through somewhere around 4pm, and tore it to shreds.

Bummer, I went on Friday and it was crap. I'm thinking tomorrow may be a bit windy - going by the seabreeze charts it'll be blowing 30 knotts SSW tomorrow at 11:00am.

Had a really good day over here. Got in the water about 1:30pm and surfed till 5pm.
Good session, swell built here as well and increased as the tide came in, wind was pretty much non existent!

Some head high sets towards the end, but mainly around shoulder high. Got plenty of waves.

How's crowds at Bells now that the water has warmed up and uni's and high schools finished?

Well last week during that hot spell will small swell, Winki & particularly Bells were near deserted
They just dont bother with it......yahoooo......check out the quality small waves.... my old bones are still recovering from surfing 8 hours in 2 days
These shots were taken as I was getting out......you can count 3 in te water!
Yesterday the surf report advertised "great surf"........I counted 40 at Torquay pt.....& it was not that great
