Hi from the north of Spain! I own the 2013 seven eleven and I wonder if really worth me to sell this one and buy the new hokua or are pretty similar boards, Im 97 kg and I managed well, in choppy days just cost me and extra effort but maybe the hokua at 32 wide could make things easier , but dont know how it goes on larger surf, is not a matter because I also have a hokua 9??0 what is my go to board for the most of the days.

some photos of this summer in France with the 7 11

hi bones. i havent ridden the 7'11, but the 7'10 x32 is really nice for bigger guys (im 95kg). the 8'3 would definately be an easier ride than your 7'11 and would still rip.

yeah! skebs thats the key!! I been thinking about purchase the 7,10 but I want something that make things easier than the 7,11, maybe I will miss it because is a funny ride in larger waves , but the 8,3 looks like the perfect add to the quiver a 9`0 hokua for bigger days and the 8,3 for small, medium surfing. hope dont get wrong!

Hi ibones,

if you bought the Hokua 32 8'3, can you give us some information how it's meet your expectations. is it the right size for you? did you considered the RRD cosmo 8 or 8.5?
