i had a surf on the prototype a while a go and finally snagged a surf on the real thing.

already had 2 12'6 sessions, low tide slight onshore conditions. hadn't surfed a surf sup for a month and a half.
this board kicks arse. stability- no need to even think about it.

it's looks belie its surfing ability. the mid rail to tail transition is magical= smooth powerful fast projections off the bottom and top. i felt in a groove instantly. the 9'2 lenght is not a issue

quiet possible the best board i've been on. i rode as a quad -shapers s9's and mgx1's. wouldn't change a thing


the smart arse bridge will tee off here, but have a go one one yourself- well worth it

i might just roll up tomorrow at lm to show you the makers label. jagged it for another day

don't go there mac- your board will come off second best -guaranteed.

coco mat

It seems that everyone that has ridden this board has been pretty stoked. The 'best yet' claim has come a few times which is kind of shocking but saying that i've seen a lot of misfires in terms of fin set ups and wide points etc killing otherwise good designs.

This board has a combination of shortboard rockers, bottom and rails. This combined with the super light weight, stability and looseness work well for a lot of people. We believe they're big surfboards you stand up on to paddle and have designed this board in that way.

But hey, don't let me pi$$ in your pocket about it. Take it for a surf.

the beer garden board

Been surfing that board as a quad on a very nice 4ft left hander in between surfs on my 6'0" Bourton "little zappa" the last few days. Too much fun. Thanks mate

just wondering what are the dimensions/volume etc

I am 92kg and very comfortable on this board. At 98kg it would be good to take it for a paddle and see how your weight/height/ability all come together.
The board is only 4 1/4 thick which reduces its volume but also helps with stability as it sits lower in the water giving you a lower centre of gravity. I was surprised how stable it was for its volume. Up there with a 9'2 Wide Ripper and more stable than a 9'5 I also tried.

hi aa.have you rode or seen the 9.8x32 coco mat or heard any info on it.
im thinking these coco mat boards are going to be the next big thing
there is also a 10.2x32 for us larger boned beer drinkers

I was down there this afternoon and my eight year old was getting waves of you loggers. It would be like taking candy from a baby on that board I reckon

these are the go. had a very 'unreliable' source say they added another dimension to what he was using
