Hi all just wanting your thought or comparison between the Fanatic Falcon 12'6 x 30' and the Jamie Mitchell 12'6 x 30'.
How is the stability and speed to be able to be used in flatwater and ocean. Dont want to be falling off alot when in ocean either.
Just thought I would ask
Oh and yes I will be testing the boards just want opinions
My wife has a Falcon 12'6" x 30" and it is very stable. I've only used it on flat water so far and it goes well. I feel the deck pad was glued down in the wrong place though. I found my feet were often "half on/half off" the double thickness section of the pad, adding to foot fatigue. Make sure you get one with a ledge style carry handle.
The Falcon is a newer design.. I would choose the JM over the Falcon for flat water and hoose the Falcon over the JM for downwinders and rough water.. Both great bords.. and thinking that the JM might be more durable.
