Looking for some feed back on YOB SUP's ,have checked out there boards briefly, they look like a good solid board !,
talking to the fella who sells them, they sound like they are well made and look the goods ,but am yet to here any one talking about them.

I have had a talk with the man and his wife , nice people ! got a great board cover off them top quality to, but haven't seen any of there SUP out in the water yet but am keen to hear some feed back. YOB sups look quality to me ,Great handle for easy carrying ,full stringer and am told top quality material's used to make them .

I am looking at getting some thing more Surf orientated ,on a JP Wide Body 9'9" at the moment great fun board and will keep for the family .

Any feed back on how they perform would be appreciated

Have surfed the 8/6 at Rotto in good waves performed well good Finnish and Constuction will take the dings better than some of the light weight carbon boards good value for what your paying out for .

Had a talk with a fella out in the water the other week ! he was on a YOB demo and giving it a bit of a rap , said he liked it and that I should give Lach a call and T up a demo ,so i did just that ... Happy i did !

Lach was happy to let me have the Demo 9"8" Radar for a few days , it did every thing my JP does and more, had it on a ****y day at Avalon and a day there were normally I would have resorted to my short surfboard.(good sholder to head high sets) plus a couple of flat water paddles
I found the 9'8" YOB is stable(more so than my 9'9"JP),paddles well, punches through the white water,Turns well ,takes a good drop is very forgiving ,Nose rides easily, its a Great SUP !.. and BAGS of FUN!!

I liked it so much i bought it ,did have a problem with buying the demo because of how tuff they are and it was the right price.

Recommend any one shopping around for a new SUP check the YOB range out ,great people to deal with and a good product
and best of all BAGS of FUN

Hey Lacey
Definitely not a pimp set up. I know the guys from YOB and they are stand up people (excuse the pun ). They do a lot of R&D and have some good team riders giving them feedback for their gear. Pretty good for a local company. Great to hear someone giving praise where praise is due.

NB - I'm no way affiliated with YOB, I just like what Lach is trying to achieve.
