Hi guys would love any input on what you thought I should look at for a one board quiver. I currently ride. 10'6 psh waa and love this board it's what I learnt on, my shorter board is a 9'3 sub vector which is ok but with so many new boards around I don't know where to start. I want one board that will suit all conditions. Surf mainly beachies. I have been looking at the simon Anderson 9' carrier, but haven't heard to many reports on them. Any suggestions would be great.
P.s. I weigh any where from 85 to 88kgs
Big call Dasher. I have been spending a bit of time on the new PSH 9'11 Hull Ripper.
At 90kg I though this board would be too big for me as I spend most of my time on either a 9'2 Wide Ripper or 10'2 WAA. The 9'11 Hull Ripper feels more like a 9'6 to surf but has the glide of a longer board. I have been out every second day over the last week in 2-5' in all sorts of conditions. You have to get back and surf off the tail but it is fast, loose and super smooth. So far, pretty impressed as one board to sit nicely in the middle and cover most conditions I surf in on the Northern Beaches.
Yeah thanks AA I have had a quick look at the hull ripper but thought 9'11 would be a bit big as well, but I will definitely have a closer look if you reckon it's ok as I rely like my psh.
Thanks again for help
good luck with a one board quiver. This sport has so many things to do, I am struggling with a 9'5 and a 12'6 wishing i could have an 11' and a 10'6 as well just to play around. I also have a 7'10 that I am trying to sell but now thinking I might keep for giggles. Btw Im over 90kg and sometimes over 100kg so a 7'10 is a mighty small board for me.
