Is 32 inches wide and 150 litres really high performance??

In answer to the volume question on the 8'10" Wide Point...this is primarily a shortboard style SUP for bigger guys...the pulled nose and quadfin option will contribute to it's adaptation for varying wave conditions...it is also a board that can be paddled more distance than low volume boards that go to beachies straight out...we have point breaks and reefs around here that require a little more foam under your feet to get there and back after a few hours of surfing while dealing with cross chop bump and high tide bounce...the volume is nicely hidden...the width allows for lots of curve in the outline...there is a bigger version in the line...and, hopefully we'll get a few others in...mid-9'er and a high 7'er...

Dave Muir (WA) and Pete Cox (Bali) have had good experiences on it...a bit more info and pics here:
