I've been trying to find out the following.

1. Is the Board made with epoxy or polyester resin?

2. Is the wood sandwich construction a vacuum bag system?

3. Is the top coat paint or gel coat?

Trying to find info about the Naish boards is almost impossible. They show pictures of the board construction but don't explain the manufacturing systems used to archive the finished product.

Cheers,

Give Windgiuity in Sydney a call.. 02 9982 6444

Talk to John or Andy.. They'll give you the correct info that you need.

As far as I know..

They are epoxy.. The wood is sandwiched between the layers of glass to add stiffness and compression strength.. and the top coat is not just paint.

Almost all Naish boards come out of the Cobra factory and made in a mold.

It's the high quality and finish long with their proven shapes that at attracts me to the Naish brand.

As far as I know;
1) Epoxy
2) the EPS core moulded and then vacuum bagged
3) gel coat
