Can anyone give some info on the Naish Mana 10'5? Is there any reason why Naish themselves would give it such a poor rating for waves? Looking through the forums it seems that there are a lot of fans of the Mana 10'0, 9'5 and 9'0.

I was just thinking that if you're a heavy bloke looking for a lot of volume, something like the shorter, wider Mana might perform better in waves than an 11 or 12 foot by 30 odd inches with similar volume. Also, what is the ASA construction? I haven't tried heaps of boards so would appreciate any advice (the board isn't for me by the way).

How heavy are you talking? The 10.5ft Mana is a massive sup with a big single fin setup.
It's only suited a big guys. Only ever sold a few of these due to the size and width of the 10'5.
If your talking someone over 120kg ish then it will suit.

Yeah definitely over 120kg. Looking for ease and stability and some small wave surfing.
