IMHO.. If you want to paddle with the kids on board in flat water definatly get the 10'.. but for surfing the 9'5" is a much better board for that.

How big are the kids?.. and is this your first board?

Hi calbs as DJ said depends on the size of your kids.
I have the MANA 10" and weigh 100kg and go paddling in flat water with my 20kg 6 year old no problems at all.
IMO The 9.5" would for your self be big enough.

Hi Dj & Windup ,3 boys 7 yr old is 26kgs, 5yr 16kg ,18 month old is 12kg
cant wait to get youngest into the water sports he can ride on skateboard
on his own down slight slop he has awsome balance for a little feller i run along with him just incase he tries to eat the ashfelt.
Yes this is my first sup board,I mainly kitesurf but keen to get into sup ing
so can get more time on water when no wind, and get kids involved as well.
maybe 10' mana might be the go so ill keep kids happy and be able to get out in the surf .cheers for advice .
