Im looking at getting an 11'6 NSP as my first sup. Any info on how heavy they are and how they perform in the surf would be greatly appreciated.
Just tried to google up the volume but it is 4 3/4" thick and I think 33 inches wide....had a brief paddle on one & it is an absolute boat !!
If you wanna take you & your wife & a kid for a paddle up the river well sure...great board 
If you looking for a pleasant board to paddle & which you would like to catch a few waves on best to look elsewhere
