Hi All,

Is there anyone who has some experience with a variety of boards?
There are some boards on the market made by 'star' surf shop here in town ( Perth )
They sell SUP's 10" with swallow tails and have a conventional 12" with flat/ straight tail.
The logo 'surfboards by Star West Aust'. Is anyone familiar with these, I have been told by the guy's who sell the big brands (jerry Lewis, Laird Southpoint) that these are cheap boards made in China with bad shapes.
Now the hard thing is there are far and few between out there and not much in the way of trying them out. So, I am looking for some advice for anyone who has had a try on a few or possibly owns a "star" board.

Thanks ...and look forward to your comments

I've had a look at these boards but have not paddled them. I reckon you are better off looking around 2nd for a better board for the same price as one of these boards.
