Hi all,
My mate bought a fly for Christmas, it has a single centre fin and tracks horribly. Went for a flat water 2 hour paddle over the weekend and we noticed that each stroke pushed the nose too far not allowing for a smooth track... If that makes sense....
short of buying a different board, can anyone suggest a fin that would help reduce this???
Much appreciated as always
Odds are you're standing too far back.. Stand slightly ahead of the centre of the handle and the tip of the tail of the board should be slightly lifted from the surface of the water.. Paddle with short strokes and with the shaft vertical.. I don't think it's the board.
