Rattle can of auto acrylic clear , spray inside wing then wait a few mins till dry, try on fuse, repeat until you get a tight fit. If you overdo it a little either push it on while the clear is still soft for a perfect fit then remove and leave to dry or Wipe out with thinners and try again. For best long term result leave overnight for clear to harden.Repeat maybe 6 months time depending on use.

I used super glue on the inside surfaces of the hex on wing. Its very thin and a drop or two spreads evenly when you tilt the wing around. Dries hard in a few minutes. Worked for me and very cheap to buy. I just did one surface at a time allowing it to dry and checked the fit before doing more.

You will not notice the movement. In the water the whole wing has pressure not just the tip with your fingers. Just use it.

It might help you to turn harder, as the wing rocks from one side to the other, enhancing the mast flex ??
Or you could just fix it.

I have fixed the looseness in my Takuma using paper strips laminated with Superglue.Just cut some paper to measure,check without glue if you need 1 layer or more and then stick it on the flat sides of the wing interface.More superglue on top to waterproof it.
Easy to sand if too tight.

Epoxy resin as in the GoFoil vid is surely the best fix but i do not have demolding wax or epoxy at hand.

I only have one foil with this issue, due to over sanding a tight fit when new.

Solution is to cut small pieces of adhesive spinnaker repair tape and stick to 3 of the hexagon faces inside the female socket.. This tape is super thin and strong rip stop nylon, fit is tight as, last about 5 times off an on.
Quick to replace plus I use the same spinnaker tape to repair cuts in my wings, no need for a sail repair yet.

I followed through on what resonated with me and how energetic I felt.. (Friday after mowing the lawn till dark)
1). Kobo's - easy as - but after 3 sparays and limited progress on fix - gap too big - cleaned out and..
2) Toomooh - Looked for Super glue - bugger too popular in this house someone had lifted my stash..Would be easy and tough fix IMO
3) Most effort - meeeh Modified Pierre74 video - (Didn't have any of the non-stick goop) So mixed 1 Part resin 1/2 Hardner 1 Part Q-cell (glass micro-balloons) -Didn't put too much effort into black colour match - (Also not appropriate for Carbon Fibre chop in mix - (V.Thin coats required - my sheet of C/F is quiet coarse) -- Painted 2 v.fine coats onto 5 of the 6 hex female surfaces - not screw hole face. - The pot went off solid in 35 minutes (exothermic big enough volume). I heated my paint job 3 times to help cure speed (Quiet hot - a Paint strip heat gun held 4-500 mm away with my hand acting as the temp sensor !!) Saturday am - tried fit - = approx 20mm shy - so small flat file - quiet vigorous - as tough mix - G8 tight fit after 3 file and try runs. Finished with Dry PTFE spray so don't need bashing when assembling on the beach..

As an aside a couple of years back- I had to rebuild a sheared winglet on a SS foil (not v strong) - I used 24 hour Araldite epoxy with Carbon fibre chop and moulded approx 150% oversize then shaped with a dremel and spray painted - this is a tough solution for thin sections which in this case appear to have been made with limited C/F or glass fibre. So simple products but moderate effort.

The problem with tape is needs to be inside the foil which would be harder to apply. A couple of coats of clear lacquer spray into the foil would be easier to apply. His other foils fit fine.

Yep that's the right joint , but I find the wear is usually in the wing and not the fuse , so if you own several wings and only one fuse it's better to fix the wings otherwise the fuse won't fit your other wings. I own 4 wings and 2 fuse so I want to make sure they all stay interchangeable.
