I found this unit motoring around lake macquarie a couple of weeks ago,It looked like the marie celeste no crew no one within striking distance.It was motoring along at approx 2 knots.Anyone out there have any information.?

Legal Definition of abandoned , suppose it comes down to that.
I had someones drone crash in my backyard recently , wonder if I could have claimed that on grounds of privacy except they trespassed and took it back while I watch from the window.
Okay here's my case for salvage, hypothetically, "I was sailing around on Lake Macquarie when I sighted a boat flying the D flag assuming it was in distress I went to investigate and discovered no crew on board, so to prevent a piloting hazard I took the boat under tow and claimed salvage on the boat", who thinks this is a just claim that would hold up in admiralty court?
