Where is the best place to buy service parts for my Volvo engine in Sydney?

i.e. belts, oil filters, fuel filters, impellers, oil, coolant, etc.

It is an MD2010-D BT

I have the user manuals with all of the Volvo part numbers, but am wondering what is the quickest and easiest way to get some spare parts on board?

we have yanmars, however i've found the best place to buy parts is online from

www.marineenergy.com.au/

they are at coomera and have all the volvo parts you need, at much cheaper prices. i've brought from them heaps of times and completely satisfied...quick & professional

cheers,

Perfect. Thanks PacificStar.

But has anybody else got any places in Sydney where I can walk in and grab the parts, rather than waiting for shipping, if I need them quickly?

Those items highlighted, except an impeller, are available at repco or one of the other auto shops. Need a belt, take the old one in and they can probably match it on the spot, if not they can get it quickly. Same with filters, once you have the cross reference number, how many would you like sir? Oil, can't go past shell heavy duty diesel oil, collant, nulon etc.

Do a bit of research.

It is likely a Perkins engine painted green and rebadged. If so, most Perkins parts will fit and be substantially cheaper.

Thanks UB. That's where I want to get to, but have to start the research somewhere.
