knew of one 24 down in Albany had extensive core rebuild
If they are built anything like the 22 they will have a plywood core in some sections and be solid fibreglass in others. Looking from the underside of the deck you should be able to spot the cored section as they will be thicker than the rest of the deck.
Check the top side of these areas. Look for cracking in the fibreglass. This could indicate water ingress into the core causing it to swell and rot.
I know all this from partially recoring my Spacey 22.

Is it difficult to "recore"? I'm afraid I have no experience in this .
From what I've read online they appear to be a very good little boat with lots of room "for their size" inside.
