Especially one of the first races, with a southerly 10 knots against the southerly set. Gate was carnage.
Or about the 4th race where down the first run the breeze dropped for the leaders and filled from the back with the result the gate was not wide enough for 80 boats across the gate with boats having to stop sailing downwind and sail back upwind before rounding the mark to get a new place in the queue to round
that was a new one
