What are the thoughts on this boat, with the modifications to extend the boom and add 180kg of lead to the keel?

Unfortunately I didn't proceed with the purchase of the Northshore 340 I had under contract due to issues found at survey and the seller not willing to negotiate a way forward to address the issues, or reduce the price.
Looks good in the advert - assume photos on the slips are available to interested persons? So extra 180kg lead bulb on keel bottom and upgraded standing rigging 1/4 to 9/32. Were both of these done at the original build under the designers approval? Assume all should be ok if the boat has been regularly sailing since launched - if so the design margin for the inherent extra loads on the keelbolts / keel floors / chainplates / chainplate fasteners / chainplate bulkheads etc is presumably there. How was the bulb secured to the keel - is this joint aok?
Looks like NS33s were built with lead or cast iron keels. For the cast iron fin and lead bulb arrangement here the righting moment would probably be similar to the all lead arrangement hence maybe making the originally designed keelbolts / keel floors / chainplates / chainplate fasteners / chainplate bulkheads etc possibly ok. But then the question could be why was the standing rigging increased in diameter. Just a thought, worth asking.
All good points. I would prefer a stock model, rather than one that has had modifications, but there isn't much on the market at the moment. Looking for a Northshore 33, 34, 340 Mark I or 340 Mark II.
