I'm wondering if anyone has a mooring inspection operator that they could vouch for as doing good honest work? Maybe someone they know personally or have dealt with for a long time?

When I was looking for one last time, I found they all had their own little plot of area they cover and they don't seem to overlap or compete with each other.
I ended up working with Derek from offshore moorings, they were easy to deal with, knowledgeable and a fair price compared to the others I talked to.
