stupidly left my mast raising pole at the boat ramp ??
could some champion please measure the components ( pole length, rope length to bow cleat, length of side stays support and height of winch etc) and do a rough sketch for me so I can fabricate a replacement one

I made a gin pole from a spinnaker pole. Dimensions should not be critical as long as it is strong enough and suitably braced. And always hoist with the boat sitting with the beam horizontal.
