Hi Everyone,
Has been a while since being on here.
Been a big year of trying to repair Water Rot to a cabin top and gunnels.
Thank god for having met an amazing person in this forum who has been able to help.
Without him it would have been a remove and sell engine then demolish boat sort of job.
Instead we are almost ready to sand paint and reinstall deck hardware.
A problem I need to deal with now though is for the second time in 12 months I have had someone run over the line to my long pole mooring buoy and no the line wasn't to long between the mooring rope and buoy.
The first time the buoy was picked up by another by a person who saw it floating in Woodford Bay.
Unfortunately this time we have not been able to relocate it meaning I need to make a new one.
Just wondering if anyone here has done the same thing and can advise the components required and the process for make one.
Many thanks in advance.

Well done, yes Mike is a really top shelf bloke.

See prior post here;

1.8m orange conduit from Bunnings or wherever, 200mm diameter float from Whitworths located 700mm from lower end, about 2kg mass on lower end. Mass made from large diameter pvc tube capped both ends and filled with rapid set concrete. Sundry ropes etc.
