I was out in the middle of PPB the other day when the VHF let out an unholy ee-aw-ee-aw racket. Somebody had set off their DSC. Marine Radio Vic tried to raise them with their MMSI but got no response, so I guess someone will get a letter from AMSA. Anyone know any more about it?
